Space 1858 is a loft-style building and features an urban Chicago vibe with its brick exterior, floor-to-ceiling glass storefront, exposed wood beams, large windows, and a striking brick focal wall.
Convenient parking and easy access make hosting simple and seamless.

- Maximum Occupancy: 80 people
- Prep Space (sq. footage):
- 250 includes: counter space, full refrigerator & freezer, microwave.
- You are free to self-cater or use any vendor of your choosing.
- Restrooms: One (ADA accessible)
- Parking: Ample & free! On Grand & Wolcott Avenues
- Two convenient loading entries located off of Grand & Wolcott Avenues, plus one alley service entrance.
- Restrictions: Space 1858 cannot host public events, events with sales (e.g., pop up shops), DJs, or live music.
