* Space 1858 cannot host public events, events with sales (pop up shops), or have DJs/live music

Associated Costs
Refundable Security Deposit
For damages, returned immediately after event.

Event Insurance
Mandatory insurance, must include Host Liquor Liability for self-serving BYOB events or use an insured bartender.
